From start to leaving everything excellent, staff at reception,, staff at breakfast so friendly and helpful. Room and food lovely. Definitely stay again. The cost was brilliant. Well worth every penny. Thank you all. Mr and Mrs Pellegrin
A perfect location for a stay in Morecambe, right on the seafront, a short walk from the promenade, the shops and the restaurants. Our room (Superior King) was huge with large windows overlooking the bay, there was a comfortable sofa, a coffee table and the bed was huge! The bathroom had everything needed and was lovely and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The carpark is small and first-come-first-serve, but there is also parking along the road opposite. We had a lovely stay and would stay again.
Great comfy room with sea view and good facilities. Staff on reception and breakfast duty were professional and courteous. Overall a great stay would book again.
Lovely views very comfortable beds very nice breakfast very nice atmosphere very dog friendly and also very clean and excellent staff would highly recommend it and very fantastic breakfast. Yes it’s okay. Yes you have to pay 550 for it but it’s worth the money and I’ll definitely hire a run stay in there again even friendly towards a dog.
Gorgeous first stay at this beautiful hotel. Lots of original features. Rooms a good size, perfectly clean. Comfy beds. Lovely staff. Great continental breakfast. Nice and quiet. We didn't get a sea view but it is right on the promenade and parking was free on the street outside. Would definitely recommend and return.
Well located, with friendly and helpful reception staff, plus a free private car park. Lift to upper floors if required. Suite clean and comfortable, with chairs and a flat surface for a laptop etc. Would have preferred real coffee, rather than instant, with the included continental breakfast. I'd happily re-book for a future holiday.
It was an ideal spot and price for what we needed. Staff were all excellent and polite; rooms clean, bed comfy and breakfast was great - plenty of choice. Excellent wifi in room. Lovely location on the sea-front Well done all
Lovely hotel, all the staff were really friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and warm. Only given 4 stars as at the back of the hotel and looking out at a waste ground and alley way. And the towel rail in the bathroom was broken. But still would return as everything else was good.
Lovely one night stay at the weekend. Room was great with a sea view, free parking on site too. All of the staff were helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay again
Superb staff, big breakfast only £5, though continental FREE. Too many rooms in such a small building - can hear a pin drop - Lift to floor 3 if 3 floors, carpets and floorboards needs urgent attention, liable to tripping. However, Morecambe being a very poor area and suffering from COPD myself caught a chest full of infection due to all buildings in Morecambe run down and in a state of very much poor neglect. In February 2026, would go to this hotel definitely but at Morecambe ever again - even in summer.
